Hi — I’m Charious McLaurin, a Product Manager / UX Architect with 15+ years of experience building and improving digital products. I help teams turn complex systems into clear, simple experiences that people can actually use.

I work best where business goals and user needs collide: information architecture, user flows, UX research, design systems, accessibility, and clear product decisions. I partner closely with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to find the real problem, test ideas fast, and ship improvements that reduce friction and support.
